Artemis was established in 2022 as a spin-out of the buyside and market intelligence divisions of a global M&A advisory firm.



We'd spent 5 years helping acquirers deploy billions into proprietary deals in the mid- and lower mid-markets. With our insights they were able to bypass banker-led auctions and co-create future growth and value plans with counterparties outside the constraints of formal, competitive processes.
