• Our selection process, in collaboration with our client, will be based on a mix of publicly available data on your firm, and our specialist understanding of the levers of equity value in the technology and professional services spaces
• We find and highlight opportunities to accelerate growth and create value for both parties through synergies. We’re happy to serve as connector and facilitator between you and the investor / buyer throughout the process
