Our client and their UK-based PE investors recognised the need for a skilled sector-specific transatlantic M&A advisor who could pinpoint optimal acquisition opportunities and industrialise market access in North America in a targeted, high impact origination sprint.
Despite a large corporate development department, our client experienced challenges in identifying non-banked opportunities in this cross-border effort to grow inorganically in the US.
