Given high levels of acquirer interest and corresponding value aspirations (often followed by poor integration outcomes) among marketed firms, our client sought to pursue off-market assets with equal fit to specification. Artemis ran a 12-week origination sprint, scanning the UK and North Europe markets for ideal targets and connecting with over 30 of these to bring 10 into management meetings with our client, resulting in a transaction in 23Q1.
