Opportunity

 

Our client, a market-leading global IT services and consulting firm, wished to expand its capabilities in Europe in sustainability and decarbonisation consulting. Interest was beginning to increase among potentially competing bidders for these assets so they needed to move fast with the best fit targets. Artemis carried out two separate scans into European and US assets meeting key criteria, including a comprehensive report on potentially carve-outs among the Global 2000 to support acceleration of this agenda.
