Artemis Origination supports Chemonics’ strategic expansion in Australia and the Indo-Pacific through the acquisitions of JID and 35 South.
Chemonics’ latest acquisitions in Australia strengthen its platform for public and social sector delivery, analytical services, international development, and infrastructure across Australia and the Indo-Pacific. Artemis Origination, the global buyside M&A origination adviser for the knowledge economy, supported Chemonics in identifying and advancing these strategically important transactions.
Building on prior origination and execution support for acquisitions completed in Germany and France in 2024 and 2025, Artemis worked with Chemonics to assess strategic growth opportunities in Australia and the Indo-Pacific. Artemis helped identify and engage both JID and 35 South and provided execution advisory support to completion on 35 South.
Josh Leland, Corporate Development Officer at Chemonics comments: “We’re grateful to Artemis for their unstinting support, underpinned by their sector and M&A expertise, while working on the initial origination of these two transactions and advising us right through deal execution to completion on 35 South.”
Paul Dondos, CEO of Artemis, comments: “We are very proud to have supported Chemonics’ continued international growth across four transactions, extending their reach into a broader portfolio of markets and services. We look forward to seeing the combined businesses deliver continued impact and long-term success.”
